Description

We design Shank type Gear Shaper cutters according to the Component or gear data offered by client for standard or non standard pitches for Involute gears, Splines, Spur gears, Chain sprockets pitch, Timing pulleys, Involute forms.

We supply gear shaper cutters in Raw material HSS M2, M35 or ASP30 which are most commonly used with respect to the hardness of gear (Rockwell / Brinell) to cut. Often times, there is huge number of gears of quantity which have to be cut by gear manufactures
